He didn't really know why he'd decided to come to the mall today. He didn't have school today, what with it being a Sunday. It seemed like most everyone had left the dorm as well save for the blond girl, so he'd decided to explore town a little more. Paulownia Mall was a lot like he remembered it. Different stores, but it was still essentially the same place from ten years ago. It looked like they had added some fountains and some benches, giving off a pleasant air. He gave a small smile and wandered over to one of the benches, sitting down and turning his music down a little. There was that familiar din of voices. Girls from his school wandering around in less clothes than usual thanks to a small heat wave, guys muttering about it, friends chatting, older folks shopping...
He really had missed Iwatodai while he was away. It felt good to be back among familiar surroundings. It was almost saddening that he didn't have any friends to speak of to share the day with... but he was beyond used to it by now. He was content to just have a nice day himself, even if he was all by himself. If he was lucky, he might see some of his dorm mates and possibly strike up conversation. Maybe not him, he didn't like talking, but maybe someone else would start it off. That would work...

Minako had been wondering around the mall for awhile and was enjoying herself, mostly because of the cafe right there, providing her with things that kept her going. Not to mention that arcade where she spent her idle time playing some game where she hit geared creatures. It was a bit odd the more she thought about it. At first failing, but soon mastered the idea of the game. Her reflexes reacting faster. Her music loud in her ears all the while.
After her sixth game she got bored and wandered out and saw looked around, wondering what to do, some kind of coffee in a carry out cup with lid and all. With one of those tiny straws in it that was used moreso for stirring. But of course she used it as a regular straw. Finally she saw something worth some more of her time. She grinned slightly as she snuck along the wall so he wouldn't notice as she slid in next to him.
"Minato!" she said loudly, making sure she was heard over his music.

Of all the times for the pharmacy to have sales, why did it have to be on a Sunday? That was when the most people were out and about, which meant more of a chance those evil, evil girls from school would be meandering about. But it also meant that she might run in to someone less vicious while she was here. Headache medicine was what she really needed; the past few days, Fuuka found herself suffering debilitating headaches that would come at seemingly random points in time, and leave abruptly after. It hadn't happened in school as of yet, but if it did then that would be her grades suffering. As if her parents weren't bad enough about not giving her a break from it.
She had bought her medicine and was leaving when she noticed the two new transfer students in the class next door. One of them was a boy with dark blue hair that had an unreadable expression, the other a cheerful looking redhead. Were they related? The girl looked very happy to see the boy, and the boy... Fuuka couldn't tell. She hadn't welcomed them to town yet, and despite her common sense telling her not to, she decided she would introduce herself now. She weaved through the small crowd of people until she was near enough to be heard. "Uh... Hello. I noticed that the two of you were new to Gekkoukan and wanted to say hello. I'm Yamagishi Fuuka, my classroom is next to yours. S-so how are you adjusting to the new school?" she asked nervously, silently wishing she hadn't spoken at all.

Akihiko stepped out of the police station, holding his jacket over his shoulder as he made his way out. It was quite nice of Kurosawa to aide them in their fight against shadows, even better that he did it without asking all too many questions. He was now read to leave the mall and head off to do something more productive like training. Not that his trip to the Police station was in vain. He had managed to do a nice update of his basic equipment so that was good. But he wasn't really DOING anything. Which he was going to soon change.
Walking through the main part of the mall he noticed two that resided in the SEES dorms. He had seen them around and had noticed their different personalities. The girl was easy to spot on her first day there. She was rather bubbly and had been caught up in some manga or something and had no time to acknowledge he was even there. He would have introduced himself properly but she seemed a bit preoccupied. Her brother on the other hand he hadn't even noticed was there until recently. He was rather quiet and all he did was listen to music and come and go as he pleased. He would have introduced himself to him as well but never caught them... Now that they were all here, though he could. But he felt a little nervous to. He then saw a girl walk up to them and decided he should just wait... Maybe say something after she was gone. Maybe not. He made his way into a bench on the opposite side of the mall and sat down and set down his jacket. These two could possibly have to potential, right? So he felt there was no harm in being curious.

Minato didn't quite jump when his sister (Whom he hadn't seen in quite a while) quite suddenly and unexpectedly snuck in to the bench beside him and more or less shouted his name. He didn't jump, but he gave the closest he came to that at any given time, which was raising both of his eyebrows as far up as they would go for all of three seconds, before realizing it was in fact his sister. He offered a small smile to her, chuckling almost loudly enough to be heard by a normal person, which from him was the equivalent of beaming and hugging her with the force of a professional wrestler. Minato, however, wasn't the type to put his emotions on display, and he was fairly certain Minako was aware of the significance of such expressions. "You got me," he said, still smiling a bit.
He noticed Sanada-senpai off in the distance watching him. Minato stared back, wondering why he was being watched by his dorm mates. Takeba-san had said something about the dorm being different... but why was he out here stalking him? Weird. The blue haired boy's attention was brought back to his general area when a girl around their age walked up and introduced herself. He'd seen her in the hallway on his first day of school, but he hadn't spoken to her (Not that such an event was unusual for the rather silent Arisato) until now. "Arisato Minato," he said, nodding his head in reply to Fuuka's second question. She seemed friendly; he figured he would get along with her. Maybe a new friend for his sister.
